  27. special incidental, consequential or other damages.

  31.     Use  of  NccLib  constitutes your acceptance  of  these  terms  and
  32. conditions and your agreement to abide by them. I have read and  agreed
  33. to the terms of the National Computer Consultants License Agreement.  I
  34. understand  that  I  am  not  entitled  to  make  any  copies  of   the
  35. distribution diskette or file except for archival purposes. I understand
  36. that I may compile the software into complete, executable  programs and
  37. distribute   those  programs  without  royalty  to  National  Computer
  38. Consultants. > Not including the NccDemo <. I understand that I may not
  39. distribute this  software in any  other  way.  I understand that I
  40. may not make any  copies  of  the documentation for any purpose.

  42.     You  must signify your consent to this License Agreement by signing
  43. and returning the enclosed registration form. If you do not  agree  to
  44. the terms of the License Agreement, you must return the software  with
  45. its documentation and destroy any copies of the software that you have
  46. made.
